The automatic glass double edging and washing production line is used to grind the parallel glass edges and to remove the border film on the LOW-E glass surface.

Feature One: Flexible grinding structure

Two parallel synchronous working stations, five grinding spindles each side, and a combination of different design of spindle bases. These arrangement enables the equipment to process up and down arris, pencil edge (or flat edge if using suitable wheels) and remove LOW-E film (or make grooves).

Feature Two: LOW-E glass applicable

In the insulating glass processing industry, removing the film along the edges is a common requirement in order to improve the lifespan and performance of the coated glass.

For the glass double edging machine, the upper timing belt is specially designed and able to clamp and convey the LOW-E glass without damaging the surface film.

While for the glass washing and drying machine, one of the washing brushes adopts soft material and thus able to clean the LOW-E glass efficiently and protectively. Thanks to the intelligent PLC system, user only needs to choose the LOW-E type and the machine will switch to the specific working mode.
