New Success of Highly Automatic Jumbo Glass Double Edging Production Line

In August 2025, we successfully completed the installation and delivery of a highly automatic jumbo glass double edging production line for one of our valued clients in India. This project marks another milestone in our mission to provide advanced, efficient, and customized solutions for the glass processing industry.

The production line is able to handle large-format (jumbo size) glass sheets with precision and efficiency. It includes a complete set of equipment:

1. Automatic Glass Loading Machine. It ensures safe and efficient handling of jumbo glass sheets, minimizing labor intensity and risk of breakage.

2. Two Sets of Glass Double Edging Machines. It provides high-precision grinding and polishing for glass four edges simultaneously. It ensures excellent quality and high productivity even for oversized panels.

3. High-Pressure Glass Washing and Drying Machine. It delivers thorough cleaning and drying of glass surfaces, guaranteeing spotless results with low energy consumption.

4. Glass Unloading Machine. It facilitates smooth and reliable transfer of finished glass sheets, optimizing workflow and reducing manual intervention.

Therefore, with full automation across conveying, edge grinding and polishing, washing, and unloading, this line significantly reduces labor costs while enhancing productivity. After the thorough pre-treatment, the glass is ready to be tempered in a high-standard circumstance. We provide high precision and energy-saving flat and bent glass tempering furnace as well.

Generally, the whole glass tempering production line is particularly suitable for architectural glass manufacturers who need to process large-format tempered glass, laminated glass, or façade glass for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.
